  • 500 g quark (40% fat)
  • some Milk
  • some olive oil
  • some parsley
  • some wild garlic leaves can be a few more
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon oat bran or wheat bran, possibly

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark well with a little milk and olive oil, add salt, pepper and chili powder, stir until smooth and season to taste. Careful addition to chilli! Finally, mix in the finely chopped / chopped onion, wild garlic leaves and parsley.
  2. Suggestion: maybe stir in some wheat or oat bran to aid digestion. Pellet or baked potatoes or just bread go well with it.
  3. Who has wild garlic in the garden: EVERYTHING of wild garlic can be used, i. h .: also stems, buds and flowers.
