Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips, wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes about 1 cm. Put everything in a bowl. Add caraway seeds, salt, salad herbs, sweetener and olive oil according to taste and stir well.
