  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 bunch wild garlic
  • chili
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring the broth with the cream to the boil.
  2. In the meantime, cut the wild garlic into small pieces and set aside a little for garnish.
  3. When the soup has boiled, add the wild garlic and let it steep for 7 minutes at a low temperature. Season to taste with the spices. Finally, froth the soup with a hand blender.
  4. Fill into glasses, cups or plates, garnish and serve.
  5. Tip: Smoked salmon strips, fried prawns or just toasted bread taste great in this soup.
