  • 6 apples, tart ones
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 clove (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon, (2 cm long)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 bottle schnapps, (double grain)

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, cut out the core and dice. Put in a well-sealable container. Add sugar, clove, cinnamon and raisins. Top up the grain and let it steep for about 4 weeks.
  2. Then filter and bottle.
