- 6 apples, tart ones
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 clove (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon, (2 cm long)
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 bottle schnapps, (double grain)

- Wash the apples, cut out the core and dice. Put in a well-sealable container. Add sugar, clove, cinnamon and raisins. Top up the grain and let it steep for about 4 weeks.
