Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 packet speculoos

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into large cubes. Put the raisins, honey, cinnamon and water in a saucepan and cook until soft.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Crumble the bottom layer of speculoos until the bottom is covered. Then put the cream on top and finish with the compote.
  4. A simple and very tasty winter dessert.
