Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped millet flakes
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped amaranth, puffed
  • 1 small apple
  • 0.5 ½ small orange (s) or 1 tangerine
  • 100 g yourt or kefir

Instructions

  1. Wash, core and chop the apple, peel and chop the orange.
  2. Mix the oat flakes, flax seeds, millet flakes, sunflower seeds and the puffed amaranth in a bowl. Leave some of the fruit as a garnish and add the rest to the bowl and mix with yogurt or kefir. Garnish with the fruit left behind.
  3. Great for breakfast.
