Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- 150 g double cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, sugar
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 small radicchio
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 12 cherry tomato (s)
- 5 tablespoon walnuts
- Possibly lemon (s), untreated for garnish

- Peel the garlic, wash and pluck the parsley. Finely chop both and stir into the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix vinegar with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, whip in the oil.
- Clean and wash the radicchio and cut into wedges. Clean the lamb`s lettuce, wash it thoroughly and let it drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
- Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the salads, tomatoes and nuts and arrange on serving plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Shape the cheese cream into balls with 2 moistened teaspoons and add to the salad.
- Garnish with lemon.
