Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), new
  • 500 g sweet potato (s)
  • 6 parsnips
  • 400 g turnip (s), white, alternatively kohlrabi

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash all the vegetables and cut into bite-sized (equal) cubes.
  3. Put in a bowl and mix with the olive oil. Salt and pepper and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Place in the preheated oven for about 35 to 45 minutes until it is crispy and cooked through. (Knife test)
  5. In the meantime, mix the dressing with the remaining ingredients and set aside.
