Ingredients

  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • 200 g sesame seeds
  • 120 g beans, reen, cut into 5 cm pieces
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. 1. Toast the sesame seeds in a hot wok without oil. Remove when lightly toasted. Put aside.
  2. 2. Sweat the ginger and garlic in hot oil. Add the green beans and fry until almost cooked. Then add the bean sprouts and red pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
  4. 4. Add the sauce mixture and let it boil down. Serve.
