Ingredients

  • 2 tortilla (s)
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • 1 medium carrot (s), peeled and grated
  • 6 tablespoon ricotta
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
  2. Peel the carrot and grate finely or coarsely (depending on your taste).
  3. Place the tortilla on release paper and place a handful of rocket in the middle. Place half of the grated carrots on top of the rocket (about the same amount as rocket). Place 3 servings of ricotta on top with a tablespoon and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up the tortilla without the release paper and then wrap it with the release paper.
