- 2 tortilla (s)
- 2 handfuls rocket
- 1 medium carrot (s), peeled and grated
- 6 tablespoon ricotta
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) ground pepper

- Wash the rocket and spin dry.
- Peel the carrot and grate finely or coarsely (depending on your taste).
- Place the tortilla on release paper and place a handful of rocket in the middle. Place half of the grated carrots on top of the rocket (about the same amount as rocket). Place 3 servings of ricotta on top with a tablespoon and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the tortilla without the release paper and then wrap it with the release paper.
