Put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Crumble the yeast into the well and stir in a little lukewarm milk until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the pre-dough has visibly increased. Then knead with the fat, egg yolks, sugar, salt and the rest of the milk to form a smooth dough and let it rise again covered for approx. 1 hour
Roll out the dough thinly. Warm the butter slightly and spread it on the thinly rolled out dough. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon as well as the roughly chopped nuts on top. Roll the dough up tightly, press it flat and cut it lengthways in the middle. Twist the two halves together with the cut surfaces facing up, shape into a wreath, place on a tray and let rise a little more.
