Ingredients

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 8 small gherkins
  • 8 radishes
  • 4 tablespoon cucumber water
  • 125 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 apple, optional
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the kohlrabi into bite-sized pieces and cook until the desired consistency is achieved. 5 - 10 minutes can be used as a guideline.
  2. Hard boil the eggs.
  3. Let the kohlrabi and eggs cool down.
  4. Chop the onion, gherkins and radishes into small pieces.
  5. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix with about 4 tablespoons of cucumber water and the salad cream and season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature.
  6. For the non-low-carb variant, cut an apple into small pieces and add it.
  7. Note: A little sauce will collect on the bottom, this cannot be avoided.
  8. Sausages go well with this.
