Yeast Dough Sandwich Buns

We bake fragrant yeast buns with our own hands.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 320-350 g
  • Dry yeast – 5 g
  • Water – 175 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2-3 teaspoon
  • Greasing yolk (optional) – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and sugar. Mix.
  2. Pour in vegetable oil. Add flour gradually.
  3. Knead a soft bun dough. Cover the bowl with a towel. Leave the yeast dough in a warm place for 2 hours to come up.
  4. Then knead the dough and cut it into small round buns. Place yeast buns on a baking sheet.
  5. Turn on the oven.
    If desired, buns can be brushed with yolk to form a golden crust. Leave the yeast buns to proof for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Bake yeast dough buns in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Leave to cool in the oven.
