Yeast-Free Dough

A very simple recipe for yeast-free dough always helps me out in fasting. From yeast-free dough, excellent vertuts, lean pasties, fried pies are obtained. Highly recommend.

Cook: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Warm water – 1-1.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Boil the kettle. Pour a glass of water, salt it, stir well. Sift the flour directly onto the table.
  2. In a hill of flour, make a depression in the center, pour oil, and then gradually pour in very hot water, kneading the flour with a fork.
  3. When a little dry flour remains, do not add more water. Knead a soft dough. Leave for 20 minutes, covered with a towel.
  4. The yeast-free dough is ready. Roll out like on dumplings, you can sculpt pies or twirls.
