Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ice cream, (lemon sorbet)
  • 5 cl Prosecco Spumante
  • 3 cl liqueur, (Limoncello)

Instructions

  1. Pour lemon sorbet into a chilled champagne bowl or cocktail bowl. Pour in the prosecco and nap the lemon sorbet with limoncello.
  2. This cocktail can be used in many ways: as an aperitif as well as a digestif, as an intermediate course and refresher in a menu or just like that.
