Ingredients

  • 1 chilli pepper (s), yellow, seeds removed
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 400 g ricotta, or feta
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 4 olives, black
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • Lettuce, some leaves
  • salt
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and heat the finely chopped garlic and chilli. Then put in a blender and mix with the rest of the oil and cheese until you get a cream. If the mixture is very thick, just add a little milk.
  3. Pour the cream over the potatoes and decorate with half eggs, olives and lettuce leaves.
