Instructions

1. Mix the lemon juice with salt until the salt has dissolved. Stir in yogurt, sugar and a little salt. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in loosely.
2. The dressing is suitable for all mild salads, e.g. iceberg lettuce or lettuce.
