  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, fresh, finely chopped (parsley, lovage, chives, chervil, sorrel)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt and creme fraiche together, add salt, pepper and the finely chopped fresh herbs.
  2. A delicious but light sauce is ready, which goes perfectly with asparagus.
  3. If you want it to be very easy, take low-fat yoghurt and creme casual or sour cream instead of creme fraiche
