Ingredients

  • 240 g wheat flour type 405
  • 85 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 80 g walnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 80 g sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 37 g oatmeal
  • 37 g bran (rice bran)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • some sunflower seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. This is an American recipe. But I have converted the quantities into German units of measurement.
  2. The first 4 ingredients are mixed together. The next 4 ingredients are now mixed in. Now add the milk and the yoghurt and knead everything together well. Put in a bread pan and decorate with sunflower seeds.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (350 ° F) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
