Ingredients
- 2 small banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 g yourt
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon vanilla ice cream

- Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Put the milk, yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar in a blender or puree very finely with the hand blender in a tall container.
- Add honey and vanilla ice cream, mix again and pour into two beautiful glasses. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
