Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint
- 450 g yourt
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Lime (s), juice and zest it
- 500 ml mineral water, still
- ice cubes

- Pluck the mint and finely chop it. Mix yoghurt, salt, pepper, sugar and juice and zest of the lime with mint, mix with ice-cold mineral water, pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes to taste.
