- 2 banana (s)
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 mango (s)
- 50 g powdered suar
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 250 g natural yourt
- 200 ml sparkling mineral water, ice cold

- Cut the peaches crosswise, scald briefly with boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel off the skin and stone. Peel the mango and banana.
- Cut the flesh of peaches, mango and bananas into pieces, finely puree together with the powdered sugar and then pass through a sieve. Whisk the fruit pulp, brown sugar, lemon juice and yogurt together. Finally, pour cold mineral water on and stir well.
- A vitamin-rich soft drink on hot days.
