Ingredients

  • 250 g blackberries
  • 400 g yourt
  • 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 sheet gelatin
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 1 lime (s), (organic)

Instructions

  1. Put the fruits together with the powdered sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it cool down and then pass it through a fine sieve.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the blackberry pulp and the juice of half a lime.
  3. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and put it in a saucepan.
  4. Stir in the vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of yogurt and slowly heat everything. The gelatine must have completely dissolved.
  5. Now fold the gelatin mixture into the blackberry yoghurt mixture.
  6. Whip the sweet cream until stiff, fold into the yoghurt mixture and pour into glasses or dessert bowls. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
  7. Before serving, cut the other half of the lime into very thin slices and use them to decorate the dessert with a few blackberries.
