Ingredients
- 500 ml yogurt
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 150 g powdered suar
- 20 ml rum
- 7 sheets gelatin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 75 ml fruit juice

- Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, icing sugar and rum until smooth.
- Soak gelatine in hot fruit juice, stir in. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Fill the mixture into portion bowls, cool and let set.
