Ingredients
- 125 g blueberries
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g natural yourt
- 25 g vanilla suar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 40 g amaretti
- 1 cup espresso

- Sort and wash the blueberries, put some aside for garnish.
- Mix the quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar together. Season to taste with the lemon juice. Roughly crumble the amarettini and prepare a small cup of espresso.
- Pour the amarettini into a dessert glass and drizzle with the espresso. First distribute the blueberries, then the curd mixture on top. Garnish with the remaining blueberries and the breadcrumbs.
