Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 0.5 ½ cup quark (20%)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon peppermint, dried
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Mix the yogurt and quark with the lemon juice to a smooth mass. Finely grind the dried peppermint in a mortar and pour the mint powder into the yogurt mixture through a hair sieve. (Stalks are held back by the sieve).
- Season the mixture with cumin, salt and pepper. Serve the dip chilled.
