  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 30 g mustard, e.., Cranberry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt and crème fraîche, add the mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Can be varied well, e.g. by adding finely chopped herbs or grated garlic. Goes well with egg salads.
