Ingredients
- 250 ml orange juice
- 3 tablespoon muesli (fruit muesli)
- 1 banana (s)
- 100 g natural yourt
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Warm 100 ml orange juice slightly and soak the fruit muesli in it for about 5 minutes.
- Peel the banana and break it into large pieces. Puree together with the soaked muesli, orange juice, yoghurt and honey with the hand blender or in a blender. Pour into a suitable glass and serve.
