Ingredients

150 g natural yourt
150 ml milk
200 g seasonal fruit
Honey to taste

Instructions

Put the yogurt and milk in a blender. Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary, chop it up a little and add it. Mix and then add honey to taste.
I tried the shake with honeydew melon and berries. Pretty much every local fruit of the season is sure to fit.
