Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s) (sour cherries, 720 ml)
  • 100 g confectionery (After Eiht)
  • 175 g cream
  • 375 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • Confectionery (After Eights), to decorate

Instructions

  1. Chop the cold After Eights and mix with the yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Cover and chill for approx. 4 hours. Then drain the cherries well and put them in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Place on top of the cherries and refrigerate until ready to eat. Garnish with After Eights before serving.
