Ingredients

  • 1 piece (s) pomegranate
  • 1 piece (s) pineapple, peeled and stalk removed
  • 800 g yourt, skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon balm, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • sweetener
  • Vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and mix with the seeds from the pomegranate.
  2. Mix the skimmed milk yoghurt with the honey and add a few drops of sweetener or stevia to taste. Refine the whole thing with the chopped lemon balm and the aroma.
  3. Prepare 2 dessert glasses and alternate layers of fruit and yoghurt mixture in them. Pour the walnuts on top.
