Ingredients

  • 75 g bacon, cut into narrow strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 1 can beans, white
  • Tabasco
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ red pepper (s), cut into very fine strips
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green, cut into very fine strips

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in the oil in a pan until lightly brown.
  2. Heat the meat stock, add the bacon, peppers and beans, bring to the boil and simmer covered over low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Season with Tabasco and salt.
  3. Stir in the cream before serving and serve garnished with paprika strips.
