  • 7 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 125 ml Marsala

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a hot water bath until frothy. Caution, the mass must never be heated to the boiling point! Slowly add the Marsala while beating.
  2. Tastes particularly good with ice cream.
