Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, stir in water and oil. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually stir in.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in. Stir the cocoa under half of the batter.
  3. First put 2 tablespoon of the light-colored batter in the center of the springform pan. On the light dough, add 2 tablespoon dark dough. Repeat the process until the batter is used up.
