Ingredients

  • 400 g zucchini
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate the zucchini and potatoes. Cut the spring onion into 5 cm long strips and add to the vegetable mixture. Add eggs and flour, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the hot fat and fry for 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately with a little crème fraîche.
