  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 dash olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and cut the zucchini into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add zucchini and fry a little.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Chop the basil leaves and add them to the soup. Puree with a hand blender or blender.
