Ingredients

  • 300 g zucchini, rouhly rated
  • 400 g carrot (s), peeled, coarsely rated
  • 1 medium onion (s), coarsely grated
  • 100 g Emmentaler, rated
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
  • 2 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon madras curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the zucchini, carrots, onions, Emmental, eggs, oat flakes, flour, curry, salt and pepper together in a bowl. If the mixture is too watery, stir in a little more flour.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dough in portions on both sides until golden brown.
