Ingredients

  • 150 g zucchini, finely chopped
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  • 600 ml vegetable stock, possibly made from instant powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Finely puree the zucchini, peas, thyme and vegetable stock with a hand blender, season with lemon juice, pepper and nutmeg, fill into glasses and serve sprinkled with chives.
