- 400 g zucchini, sliced
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 200 g minced meat
- 250 g tomato (s), sieved
- 150 g sheep`s cheese, cut into cubes
- 150 g sour cream
- 0.5 ½ bunch thyme
- oil
- Cayenne pepper
- salt

- Fry the zucchini in 2 tablespoons of oil and then place in a baking dish. Now sauté the diced onions in 2 tablespoons of oil, add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, deglaze with the tomatoes and bring to the boil briefly.
- In the meantime, mix the sheep`s cheese with the sour cream. Pour the sauce over the zucchini and pour the feta cheese over the sauce. Scatter the thyme on top. Bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
