Ingredients

  • 200 g minced meat, half + half
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the chopped onion.
  2. Divide the zucchini in the middle and core. Then cut into small pieces and add to the fried mince. Add a cup of rice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the two cups of creme fraiche and let it simmer over a low flame for about 15 minutes.
