Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g crabs
  • 4 tablespoon olives, black
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the zucchini, add a little salt and let the water steep (I always hang a sieve over a bowl and also weigh it down with a plate). Pour off the water and dress the zucchini with a dressing of salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and lemon juice. Fold in the crabs and the pitted and halved black olives.
