Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 small onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 liter ½ soup, course
- 0.25 liter ¼ cream, (whipped cream)
- 2 slices toast
- salt and pepper

- Finely chop the onion and sauté in 2 tablespoon butter. Peel, dice and roast the zucchini. Season and add the soup and half of the whipped cream. Let simmer for 15 minutes, then puree. In the meantime, debark the toast, dice and toast in a little butter. Beat the rest of the whipped cream until stiff. Serve the soup with the whipped cream and the white bread croutons.
