Ingredients

  • 2 thick zucchini
  • 1 packet feta cheese, 200 g
  • some olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Herbs, TK 8 herb mixture
  • onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchini. With a peeler, peel off the strips from top to bottom and set aside flat on a plate.
  2. Cut the feta into cubes that fit the width of the zucchini strips and wrap the zucchini strips. Fix with a toothpick.
  3. Mix the oil, herbs, spices, garlic and diced onion and pour it over the skewers. Cover and preferably for several hours or
