- 3 zucchini
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 ½ cup milk
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Cut the zucchini into thin round slices. Put the flour in a small bowl. Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper and stir everything well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip the zucchini slices in the batter and fry in the oil until golden brown.
- Serve with salads, rice and meat dishes.
