Ingredients

  • 200 g round beef
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste, green
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 large zucchini, or 2 small ones
  • 75 ml coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a wok pan with salt and green curry paste. Use a slicer to slice the zucchini into thin sticks directly into the pan.
  2. Fry for about 5 minutes on the highest setting. Deglaze with coconut milk and season again to taste.
