Zucchini Rolls

A very cute and delicious seasonal zucchini snack – zucchini rolls with cheese.

Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Young zucchini – 500 g
- Processed cheese – 90 g
- Hard cheese – 40 g
- Chicken egg – 1-2 pcs.
- Garlic to taste
- Dill – a few twigs
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying – 2-3 tablespoon.
Directions
- On a coarse grater, grate melted cheese, hard cheese, boiled egg, garlic. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. Stir the filling.
- Cut the courgettes into thin strips.
- Fry the zucchini in vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
- Place the sautéed zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil and cool.
- Place a full teaspoon of cheese filling on a slice of fried zucchini, roll into a roll.
- In this way, make rolls from the rest of the zucchini and cheese slices.
Serve zucchini rolls and garnish with herbs.
