Ingredients

  • 6 zucchini
  • 6 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 6 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some thyme, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler or a vegetable slicer (for cucumber salad). Roll up the zucchini slices and place 7 rolls each on a kebab skewer.
  2. Mix the rapeseed oil, honey and lemon juice in a small bowl and season with the spices.
  3. Put the skewers with the marinade in a freezer bag and let stand for about 30 minutes.
  4. Finally, fry the skewers on a contact grill or in a pan and serve.
