Ingredients

  • 1 kg zucchini, pitted
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, possibly more
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 medium onion (s), cut in half slices or chopped
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, mustard seeds and dill together well. Add the pitted zucchini and onions and mix everything together well.
  2. Let it steep for 1 day and stir several times.
