Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini, pitted
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper, possibly more
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 medium onion (s), cut in half slices or chopped
- 6 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)

- Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, mustard seeds and dill together well. Add the pitted zucchini and onions and mix everything together well.
- Let it steep for 1 day and stir several times.
